"Good corporate industrial citizen" to pay CFMMEU $30,000 for breach

A Boral subsidiary must pay the CFMMEU $30,000 for threatening to make its entire workforce redundant if they refused to vary their agreement to make it code-compliant, the Federal Court ruled today.
