FWC yet to rule on timing of change to Sunday penalties
The FWC will phase-in changes to Sunday penalty rates in four modern awards over at least two annual instalments, while changes to public holiday penalties will take effect from July 1, the tribunal's penalty rates review full bench ruled today.
