FWC rejects CFMMEU majority support bid
The CFMMEU has established that most workers want to bargain at a retailer's distribution centre but has failed to win a majority support determination as its rules render it ineligible to represent them, in an FWC decision also denying the employer's request for an unredacted version of a "union-sponsored" petition.
