FWC rebukes worker for racist comment
A FWC presidential member has issued a worker a "stern rebuke" for failing to prosecute or discontinue an unmeritorious unfair dismissal claim and complaining that the "worst thing about his job" was that his colleagues "spoke Chinese all day long".
