FWC launches review of part-time award provisions
A FWC expert panel led by President Adam Hatcher has launched a review of part-time provisions in modern awards, which will look at how such employment should be defined, distinguished from casual work, and how hours are decided on and remunerated, as the Commission foreshadowed in its 2023-24 award review.
