FWC grants TWU access to non-member records, NUW puts inspections on ice
The NUW has agreed that it won't act on an order allowing it to inspect non-member records at a Victorian farm until the FWC considers the employer's bid to quash it, while the tribunal has granted permission for the TWU to access the records of drivers allegedly associated with a Coles/Linfox contractual arrangement.
