FWC grants extra time for MUA to save WA secretary's entry permit

MUA WA branch secretary Chris Cain is facing the loss of his entry permit unless the union can address FWC concerns that he is not a "fit and proper person", largely because of his role in publishing "scab posters", running closed-shop arrangements and allowing unauthorised industrial action.
