Uber Eats, Door Dash and the TWU have welcomed "world-leading" minimum standards for food-delivery gig workers setting a $31.30 hourly earnings floor for engaged time from Monday, with the FWC describing the rates as interim ahead of a review that will consider "proper cost-recovery rates".
