Full bench hearing bid to quash cooling-off ruling

Unions are today seeking to overturn a six-week cooling-off period won by major sugar processor Wilmar, after the FWC accepted that the nationally-significant economic damage from four looming one-hour protected stoppages over four weeks causing $34 million dollars in losses reached the threshold to halt industrial action at the height of the industry's crucial "crushing season".
