Flee federal system for state discrimination/OHS regime: Unions
In the wake of the Morrison Government's response to the Jenkins report, Queensland's peak union body is urging its affiliates to abandon the federal system and to prosecute sexual harassment matters solely under the state's anti-discrimination and OHS laws, which the Palaszczuk Government has indicated might soon be further strengthened.
