Fair Pay Commission to "take account" of wage rise delay

Fair Pay Commission chair Ian Harper said today that his first minimum wage determination in Spring would take account of the delay in meeting the annual timetable of previous safety net reviews, last handed down by the AIRC 12 months ago today.
