Fact sheet brings notion of "informational rights" into domestic labour law: Stewart
The Workplace Relations Fact Sheet that employers are obliged to supply employees entrenches in Australian law the concept of "informational rights" and is sure to be the foundation for further developments under a future Labor government, Flinders University Professor of Law, Andrew Stewart, told a conference today. He also labelled the Work Choices procedures a "national disgrace".
