Employer discriminated against jobseeker with criminal past: AHRC
The Human Rights Commission has found that finance, banking and insurance giant Suncorp discriminated against a job candidate by withdrawing a conditional employment offer due to his criminal record for accessing child p-rnography, but the employer is standing by its decision and has refused to pay compensation.
