Demarcation disputes will not increase under new laws, says ACTU; Phase-in will just delay higher costs, says ACCI
Legislative changes have not in the past led to an increase in union demarcation disputes and this will continue to be the case when the Federal Government's new IR laws take effect, the ACTU has told the Senate, Education and Workplace Relations Committee.
