Delegates win right to attend bargaining meetings
The LHMU has secured bargaining orders confirming that two of its delegates have the right to participate in negotiations for an enterprise agreement, after Fair Work Australia found the employer's attempt to exclude the delegates constituted capricious and unfair conduct.
