Deal's "validity" turns on approval, not whether rightly made: Bench
In a significant ruling on the validity of agreements, a full Federal Court has affirmed that a deal can be approved by the FWC and its terms be enforced even if it is later revealed that it did not meet the necessary legislative preconditions.
