CRS not recognising the rules have changed, says CPSU

When the Rudd Government announced its new public sector bargaining guidelines, among the reforms the CPSU welcomed was an end to agencies being able to insist on non-union agreements. But, the union maintains, it is now in a struggle with CRS Australia that does not reflect the fact that the bargaining environment has changed.
