Criminal wage theft offence still unused: FWO
Fair Work Ombudsman Anna Booth has told a Senate Estimates hearing that the watchdog is yet to refer any criminal underpayments to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, nearly two years after the wage theft offence's introduction.
