Court rejects FWO underpayments case
The Federal Court has thrown out the FWO's pursuit of a Norwegian shipping company for allegedly underpaying 60 crew, noting it had "set out to exceed" obligations to provide reasonable wages and had since paid about twice the amount to which they were entitled under national laws.
