Court rejects Boral execs' bid to strike out Setka action
The Victorian Supreme Court has dismissed an application to strike out legal action by CFMMEU construction and general division Victorian branch secretary John Setka, who is seeking damages from two Boral executives over abandoned blackmail charges.
