Court puts clamps on litigious lawyer
The Federal Court has run out of patience with a litigious solicitor whose numerous cases include "scandalous" allegations about a law firm and a FWC member, effectively blocking him from pursuing any further claims, to safeguard the legal system's "finite resources".
