Court approves record $1.3 million West Gate penalty
The CFMEU's construction and general division, the AMWU and three officials have until September 10 to pay penalties totalling $1.325 million plus costs after the Federal Court today approved a settlement reached with the ABCC over their role in the West Gate Bridge dispute.
