CFMEU ordered to pay ACCC costs over Boral boycott case
In a further postscript to the CFMEU's 2013 bans on concrete supplier Boral, a Federal court has ordered the union to pay 40% of the legal costs incurred by the ACCC over the competition watchdog's successful pursuit of secondary boycott penalties.
