CFMEU appeals Tahmoor good faith ruling
The CFMEU (mining and energy division) in an appeal against an earlier good faith bargaining decision has today told a FWA full bench that Xstrata subsidiary Tahmoor Coal's conduct while communicating directly with workers the union was representing breached the requirements of the new bargaining regime.
