'Cantankerous' police dog handler restored to job after cruelty claims rejected

A police dog handler who was transferred out of the NSW Police Dog Unit for intentionally dropping puppies on the ground from height and firing his gun near a dog must be restored to his position, the NSW IRC has ruled, after finding that the allegations could not be proven.
