Business "unsustainable" without capacity to terminate deal: Griffin Coal

As Griffin Coal continues negotiations for new agreements to cover its production and maintenance employees, the company has told a Senate inquiry that its operations would have likely folded if the FWC had not terminated a "completely uneconomic" deal last year.
