Burke suggests "legislated" paid FDV leave coming

Workplace Relations Minister Tony Burke has indicated that the Albanese Government will respond to the FWC's recent provisional decision favouring paid domestic violence leave by legislating for the entitlement, while he says Labor did not take detailed proposals for reform of the bargaining regime to the election due to the "complexity" of problems and his desire to have a department behind him to "work through all of that sensibly".
