Bovis wins final orders on Blue Glue dispute
Bovis Lend Lease has won final orders prohibiting industrial action on its Melbourne sites over the introduction of the Blue Glue swipe-card system, with the AIRC rejecting building unions' arguments that the company's directions to use the cards were unlawful.
