Blanket ban on using social media at work unreasonable: Unions

Unions say a "one-size-fits-all" clause that prohibits use of social media during working time in a proposed agreement before the FWC for approval shows the road building employer is "out of touch" with its workers and the world we live in, but the employer's representative says it is a crucial measure to keep employees safe.
