A worker s-xually harassed by a senior colleague has won a $305,000 payout, after he showed her p-rnographic videos and s-x toys and asked her about her s-x life, in a workplace that normalised overt "s-xist and boorish behaviour" and provided "fertile ground" for the conduct to escalate.
