Big fine for newspaper's contempt in blackmail case

The Victorian Supreme Court has ordered the publisher of The Australian to pay $200,000 in penalties and costs for a "very serious" contempt of court when it mentioned the prior convictions of Victorian CFMMEU leader John Setka while he was facing committal proceedings for a blackmail charge.
