BHP's poor process made dismissal unfair: FWC
The FWC has ruled a BHP subsidiary unfairly dismissed a worker, because the employer found the former amateur boxer had been an "aggressive and intimidating" provocateur during a verbal altercation, but it failed to consider evidence that backed up his version of events.
