BHP imposed unreasonable 5% pay discount: FWC
A BHP subsidiary unreasonably docked by 5% the wages of Pilbara power workers who engaged in protected partial work bans, the FWC has ruled, reducing the discount to 2% after registering "significant concerns" with the resources giant's calculation methodology.
