Be ready to amend Fair Work laws to protect young workers: OECD
The OECD, in a paper released today, has urged the Federal Government to be ready to change its Fair Work laws if they lead to substantially higher entry wages that reduce demand for young workers. The paper describes the pre-Fair Work regulatory regime as "relatively lax employment protection legislation".
