Barristers' clerking company facing adverse action claim

The former finance manager of a barristers' clerking company is seeking more than $285,000 for hurt, humiliation and lost wages, as part of an adverse action claim in which she alleges its chief executive and its chair - an industrial barrister - were "knowingly concerned" in disciplining then sacking her after she made a bullying complaint.
