AWU to unveil "overt facts" in ROC raids case
The AWU has agreed to put its strongest cards on the table tomorrow morning after the judge in the ROC-instigated police raids matter observed that defendants in "inferential" cases were entitled to know what facts were being relied upon to build such inferences.
