Anti-bias commissioner seeks to douse fire deal, as FWC apologises to Laundy

The Victorian equal opportunity commission has sought to intervene in FWC proceedings today to consider approving the MFB enterprise agreement, while a senior member of the tribunal of the FWC has apologised to Workplace Minister Craig Laundy for failing to notify him of its ruling on his bid to refer the deal to a full bench
