A full bench of the AIRC has flowed on to employees on transitional awards paying up to $700-a-week a marginally higher increase ($10.30 rather than $10.25) than that granted by the AFPC in July, but has agreed to the same 12-month exemption for drought affected rural employers and to the October timeline for new rates to be paid.
