"Active compliance culture" reduces vicarious liability risks: Lawyer

Companies must stop "turning a blind eye" to workplace s-xual harassment by adopting "living, breathing" policies and procedures that are reinforced through "an active culture of compliance" to mitigate vicarious liability risks, a barrister has told a Queensland IR Society forum.
