The High Court has today granted the ABCC's application for special leave to appeal a judgment that stymied its push to prohibit unions from paying fines imposed on officials, while it has also granted airline Rex special leave to challenge a ruling that allowed a union to pursue an adverse action claim on behalf of non-members.
