48-hour lawful strikes possible at Australia Post if ballot gets up
The CEPU has applied for a secret ballot to authorise industrial action including stoppages of four, 24 and 48 hours by Australia Post employees, after unions and the employer failed to strike a new agreement despite 11 months of negotiations.
