High Court ruling looms as WorkPac loses on costs
As the High Court prepares to hand down its decision on eligibility for portable long service leave in the coal mining sector, the Federal Court has ordered WorkPac to pay costs after finding the government's Coal LSL Corporation enjoyed "real practical success" on key issues in a dispute over how the scheme's levies are calculated.
