Tug of war resumes at Svitzer
Maritime workers have resumed protected industrial action at tug boat operator Svitzer Australia, maintaining that enterprise negotiations have stalled because the company is refusing to bargain in good faith as it proceeds with its bid to terminate its nominally-expired 2016 deal.
