Strike threat shifted bargaining "mood": Qantas union

The FAAA says Qantas domestic flight attendants' overwhelming endorsement of planned pre-Christmas strikes changed the Flying Kangaroo's approach to bargaining and helped secure two newly-minted deals, while it is now turning its attention to how the proposed Same Job, Same Pay measures might reverse employer strategies that have undermined pay and conditions in the sector.
