Rishworth intervenes in first SJSP pay dispute
Workplace Relations Minister Amanda Rishworth has intervened in the FWC's consideration of the first same-job, same-pay dispute over protected rates of pay, her legal representative today telling a full bench that on-hire workers at a Queensland coal mine should not be paid any less than directly employed workers with the same skills and experience.
