Rishworth intervenes in first SJSP dispute full bench test
Workplace Relations Minister Amanda Rishworth has intervened in the FWC's consideration of a same-job, same-pay dispute over protected rates of pay, telling a full bench today that on-hire workers at a Queensland coal mine should not be paid any less than directly employed workers with the same skills and experience.
