Rio Tinto pays $25m to settle unfair dismissal cases
In Australia's largest IR settlement, 190 former mineworkers at the Hunter Valley No. 1 and Mt Thorley coal mines in NSW voted today to accept $25 million from mining giant Rio Tinto to settle their unfair dismissal claims.
