Non-compete legislation "very close": Rishworth
Legislation to enact the Albanese Government's promise to restrict non-compete clauses is "imminent", according to Workplace Relations Minister Amanda Rishworth, who also confirmed there is now no prospect of a national labour hire licensing scheme.
