Mac Bank can't count on award exemption: Union
The FSU says it will fight a Macquarie Bank bid to carve-out award conditions such as overtime, penalty rates and leave loading for thousands of its specialists and managers on the basis that they inhibit flexible working practices that flourished during the pandemic.
