Johnston seeks to downgrade charge of criminal affray
The Victorian County Court will tomorrow hear a bid from former AMWU Victorian branch secretary Craig Johnston to have two criminal affray charges for alleged incidents at Johnson Tiles and Skilled Engineering inmid-2001 reduced to unlawful assembly charges, while the court heardtoday that Johnston would plead guilty to other criminal charges.
