Industrial dispute no excuse for violence, says appeal court
The Victorian Court of Appeal has sent former AMWU leader Craig Johnston to jail for nine months and emphasised that his criminal conduct during raids on employers' premises couldn't be excused because they were allegedly committed "in the course of a genuine industrial dispute".
